Cheltenham Saracens 2’s 34 v 10 Chosen Hill

Saracens Seconds maintained there unbeaten start to the season and in doing so went top of their merit table,

The opening exchanges were physical but it was Chosen who struck first when Ninny Cuthbert powered over. Saracens lost hooker Sam with a badly cut ear and try ad they might they failed to breach the Chosen line.

Second half saw the arrival of Cheltenham legend Pete Lodge take to the field and things started to go the Sarries way. Australian Rob Long cruised over after a good break from skipper Darryl Francis. Brad Harris converted. Chosen hit back and Cuthbert powered over. But after that it was all the Cheltenham side. Winger Arkle scored under the post following up a chip ahead followed by a catch and drive try by the Mark Harris. The champagne then started to flow with Arkle scoring again, followed by the Saracens own Billy Whizz Dan Mcloughlin, Brad Harris and finally another one by Long.
